Ann Lichens-Park recently retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) after thirty years. While working for USDA, she administered numerous competitive grant programs focused on a wide variety of topics including microbial genomics, plant-microbe interactions, and agricultural microbiomes.
